CAD Indycar

A detailed CAD redesign of a scaled IndyCar model focused on accurate measurement, part modeling, and functional improvement. Using CATIA, the existing model was reverse-modeled and upgraded with a working wheel-and-axle system that wasn’t included in the original design. The final assembly includes 13 custom-modeled components—covering suspension elements plus the complete wheel/axle setup—resulting in a cleaner, more realistic, and mechanically functional design that meets all project requirements.
